CoolingTower aims to provide a simple application centric tool for deploying applications to the cloud. Instead of focussing on servers and infrastructure, in CoolingTower you only worry about apps.

CoolingTower builds on frameworks such as deltacloud.org, and jclouds, to act as the glue that intelligently finds a place for your app to run (using rules which are customisable), creates instances as needed, and elastically balances your application as needed automatically - behind the scenes (monitoring and management provided by jopr).
